As the largest vegetable production and consumption country in the world,vegetable diseases will directly affect the national economy and public health.Therefore,it is very important to establish the vegetable disease detection system to ensure the high efficiency and safety of vegetable planting.At present,there are many detection methods related to vegetable diseases.As a very widely used detection method,ultrasonic detection has many advantages in detecting vegetable diseases,such as easy to carry,no need to carry power,light weight,strong penetration and so on.Based on the different characteristics of ultrasonic wave in different disease vegetables,this paper proposes a method of vegetable disease detection based on ultrasonic wave.This paper introduces the principle and characteristics of ultrasonic detection,some other methods used in the detection of vegetable diseases,and summarizes the current detection level of some vegetable diseases.Some characteristics,propagation rules and dynamic wave equation of ultrasonic wave in solid are studied.This topic is divided into two parts,simulation and experiment.It mainly simulates the transmission of ultrasound in healthy rape model and disease rape model,and analyzes the transmission characteristics between the two different models.Based on the analysis of simulation and experimental results,a method suitable for detecting vegetable diseases is proposed.The simulation results are similar to the experimental results,which proves that the finite element simulation of ultrasonic propagation in the vegetable model is feasible,can assist the actual detection,and make up for the limitations of detection.The transmission characteristics of ultrasonic wave between diseased and healthy oilseed rape have changed.The transmission speed of ultrasonic wave between diseased oilseed rape is faster,the amplitude is higher,and the energy attenuation is reduced.And the wave velocity has a positive correlation with the disease.
