Spinel sulfide has been widely concerned by the scientific community as a material with a rich crystal structure and a variety of magnetic characteristics,and its many physical properties have great application potential in magnetic materials,electrode materials,and catalytic materials.Especially in spin electronic equipment and multi-ferrous materials,spinel sulfide has become one of the mainstream research hotspots.However,at present,the preparation methods of various spinel sulfide materials are generally synthesized at a high temperature by using a conventional solid state method.This synthesis process takes an extremely long time to perform pure phase synthesis correctly,which severely limits the promising and relatively untapped application value of effective detection of such compounds.In this paper,three typical spinel sulfides were synthesized by solvothermal method and topological chemistry,and the related properties were studied,which further enriched the preparation system of spinel sulfides.The main contents are as follows:(1)Using 1-dodecanethiol as the sulfur source,oleylamine as the complexing agent and octadecene as the solvent,self-made amorphous CoCr2O4 as precursor and spinel sulfide CoCr2S4 was prepared by solvothermal method.Through characterization analysis,the results show that the XRD diffraction peaks of CoCr2S4 are sharp,have good crystallinity,there are no other impurity phases,and the morphology is nanosheets of various sizes,nanometers in size,and diameters ranging from 40 to 60 nm.There is a maximum absorption in the ultraviolet region,which indicates that it has strong absorption ability in ultraviolet light,and the extrapolated optical band gap is 1.71 eV.(2)Using 1-dodecanethiol as the sulfur source,oleic acid as the complexing agent,and octadecene as the solvent,self-made amorphous CuCr2O4 as precursor and spinel sulfide CuCr2S4 was prepared by solvothermal method.Through characterization analysis,the results show that the XRD diffraction peak shape is sharp,the crystallinity is good,and no other impurity phases are present.The morphology consists of nanosheets ranging in size from 40-50 nm.The results are consistent with the theory.(3)Using 1-dodecanethiol as the sulfur source,oleic acid as the complexing agent,and octadecene as the solvent,self-made amorphous CdCr2O4 as the precursor,spinel sulfide CdCr2S4 was prepared by a solvothermal method.Through characterization analysis,the results showed that the XRD diffraction peak shape was sharp,the crystallinity was good,no other impurity phases existed,the morphology consisted of cube particles of different sizes,and each element existed in the chemical valence states of Cd2+,Cr3+,and S2-.The extrapolated optical band gap is 2.5 eV based on the light absorption data.
