In recent years,Code for Geotechnical Engineering Investigation is being compiled in Jiangxi Province.The study of physical and mechanical parameters of geotechnical engineering is an important part of the code.Due to the different geological causes and environmental conditions in different regions,there will be great differences in geotechnical parameters in different cities.It is necessary to study the regularity of geotechnical parameters,which is conducive to the application in survey,design and construction,and provides reference for reliability analysis.Jiujiang City is the gateway of northern Jiangxi Province.It is located in the area around Poyang Lake and Lushan Mountain,with the Yangtze River in the north.The regional environment is unique.In this paper,through collecting and sorting out a large number of geotechnical investigation report data,the geological situation of Jiujiang area is briefly analyzed.Through statistics,the basic characteristics of physical and mechanical parameters of silty clay in this area,as well as the classical probability distribution model are obtained.Legendre orthogonal polynomial approximation method and normal information diffusion method are used to accurately fit the probability distribution types of geotechnical parameters under the condition of large and small samples.Through the detailed analysis of probability distribution types of geotechnical parameters in this area,we can get its regularity and provide reference for reliability analysis,which should be used in design and construction.Based on the results of field investigation and laboratory geotechnical test,through geostatistics method and Kriging interpolation method,the distribution law of physical and mechanical parameters of silty clay in line with the actual engineering is obtained,which provides intuitive and effective reference for geological exploration and engineering drilling in this area.Through linear regression analysis,the correlation fitting formula of parameters of silty clay in Jiujiang area is established.The relationship between SPT blow number,void ratio and liquid index is respectively analyzed with characteristic value of bearing capacity,and the relevant empirical formula to express the bearing capacity of foundation in Jiujiang area is established,so as to provide normative parameter value for design and construction in Jiujiang area,so as to achieve scientific,reasonable and effective.
