As the main ground equipment for aerodynamic acoustic tests and research,the aeroacoustic wind tunnel can obtain the aircraft’s aeroacoustic noise characteristics easily by the usage of the microphone.Recently,the aeroacoustic microphone in the wind tunnel is always fixed or moved manually.Thus,the efficiency and precision of microphone shift measurement are relatively poor,which makes it’s hard to meet the demand of the multipoint measurement of the aircraft.Considering this,in this paper,we focus on the design and development of the microphone shift measuring device in the 5.5m×4m aeroacoustic wind tunnel,which aims to improve the precision and efficiency of the aeroacoustic noise characteristics measurement significantly.The main context of this paper organize as follows:Firstly,the overall design of the shift measuring device is performed in detail.With the combination of X,Y,Z-direction mechanism,the shift measuring device can realize the movement along the axial direction of the wind tunnel.Among them,the X,Z-direction can compromise the universal shift measuring platform,which can realize the linear displacement measurement in the horizontal plane of the wind tunnel.Besides this,as the additional module,with the combination of the universal platform,the Y-direction mechanism can be used for the measurement of the internal flow field noise.Subsequently,according to the requirements of acoustic wind tunnel noise measurement and the structural characteristics of the microphone shift measuring device,the PLC is chosen as the core controller,and program that the field bus connected servo drive is also confirmed for the device.Besides this,the working principles,hardware,and software structure,design selections and so on are performed detailly in the paper.Also,the pertinence measures are proposed for the problems,such as the multi-axis positioning control,synchronous motion control and gear reversing clearance elimination and so on.At last,the microphone shift measuring device is verified with the combination of the ground debugging and wind tunnel test,where includes the function and performance evaluation.The experiment results show that the microphone shift measuring device can achieve the expected research target,which can meet the demand of the actual wind tunnel test.
