With the booming development of the aviation industry,the competition among the airlines is also intensifying.As an important resource of the airlines,the fleet distribution level determines the core competitiveness of the airlines,this means that the aircraft fleet planning is an important prerequisite for determining the revenue of the airline.Flight Safety is the primary task to guarantee the aircraft fleet planning of Airlines.In the general capacity allocation model,it usually only considers the demand of the route and its capacity level,not only ignoring the role of competitors but also ignoring the operation safety,this paper chooses route game and capacity allocation as the research topic.The main contents of this paper are: Firstly,starting with route demand,forecasting the change of route demand in the future period through BP neural network,and analyzing its applicability,secondly,by analyzing the sub-cost of direct operating cost,the functional equation of aircraft type and "route mileage" and "block hour" was established by multiple regression analysis.According to the above two calculation methods,as the input value,and according to the requirements of Operation Specification and operation manual,the 0-1 decision variable is introduced to transform the qualitative safety factor into quantitative description.This paper presents a multi-aircraft multi-route capacity allocation model(traditional model)with the largest profit of the airlines,and aims at the disadvantage of the slow speed of the Branch and bound in solving large integer programming problems,based on the principle of maximum lower bound priority,the Branch and bound is improved,and the simulation data analysis shows that under the traditional allocation mode,the fleet capacity is concentrated on the high demand and high competition routes.In order to solve the problem,this paper studies the influence of airline market competition on market share,and analyzes the behavior of airline companies with Game Theory,a certain airline can not increase its market share by changing the flight frequency,and accordingly constructs a fleet capacity planning model of a competitive airline to solve the problem.Through the case simulation analysis,the result proves that,in the traditional aircraft fleet allocation method,a large number of negative returns will be generated on the high demand and high competition routes.The method of competitive fleet capacity allocation can effectively avoid the excessive concentration of capacity in highly competitive routes.In order to further evaluate the effectiveness of the competitive capacity allocation method,the corresponding evaluation index and evaluation process are designed,according to which the airlines can evaluate their safety,economy,competitiveness and resource constraints,thus has the directionality adjustment transportation capacity structure,further optimized the movement efficiency.
