The parameters of blast wave are an important basis for assessing the damage power of missile and warhead.With the continuous development of military science and technology,the research,testing method and rating of various large-scale weapons are becoming more and more standardized and scientific.Therefore,higher requirements are put forward for the accuracy of the shockwave test results.Numerical simulation is a common method to study the blast wave,but the simulation results are often not accurate.Different environments have a great impact on the shockwave test results,such as obstacles,sensor installation,ground properties and meteorological conditions,etc.It is an urgent problem to determine the impact of different environments on the shockwave test results.No matter which shape structure of the sensor is placed in the shock wave overpressure field,the fluidity of the shock wave front is affected by the geometrical shape structure of the sensor,and the accuracy of the measured shock wave overpressure peak is bound to be affected.Therefore,how to use the shell to reduce the error in the shock wave testing process has a high research value.It is very important to design the reasonabe shell shape of sensor testing device.In order to solve these problems,this paper studies the method of shockwave measurement.This paper studied the influence of the external structure of the free-field shock wave testing device on the flow field from three aspects : theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field test.Mainly carried out the following works:(1)A large number of domestic and foreign relevant literature was searched,the propagation theory of the blast wave was elaborated,and the formation and attenuation law of the blast wave after the warhead explosion was studied;The refined simulation method of blast wave is studied,and the effect of meshing on blast wave pattern is analyzed;Experimental study on blast wave of explosive explosion in limited space and open space was carried out;(2)The influence of the bump of the sensor on the installation plane,the obstacles of different sizes in front of the sensor,the ground of different densities and the meteorological conditions on the shock wave test was studied;Designed sensor test devices with different configuration and structure,And the shock wave test results of sensor test devices with different shape structures under different conditions were simulated and analyzed;(3)Based on the above analysis results,more reliable shockwave test schemes are proposed,including : the refine simulation of blast wave,the selection of the configuration and structure of the test device in the field test,the installation method of the sensor in the test process,and the selection of the environment in the test process.
