| With the depth of logging,the downhole environment is even worse.How to ensure the stability of working system of logging tools is of great significance.In the process of logging,equipment measurement part need sidewall contact device close to wall to obtain the data of the formation.Therefore,the stability of sidewall contact device is a key factor to determine the stability of the logging tool,and its output characteristics also restrict of the logging depth.Now,the logging instrument pushed on to multi-dobby,multi-action and multi-structure,but the maturity has not yet been improved in the domestic.Starting from electrical logging,this paper studies the development status and technical means of electric sidewall contact device.By comparing the existing power transmission structure of the sidewall contact device,a more effective power transmission structure is proposed.Based on the principle of virtual displacement,the kinematic relationship of the pushing arm is analyzed and calculated,and the relationship between the diameter of log and the required driving force is established.According to the relationship expression and the design requirements,the target function and the constraint conditions are determined.Matlab is used to optimize the pushing arm of logging tool,when the length of the short section is reduced,the best pushing force is guaranteed.Finally,the paper uses ADAMS to get the kinematics analysis of the system and simulate the motion performance of the pushing arm,aiming at ensuring the reasonableness of the design and analysis of the assembly.Therefore,it can form a set of well logging tool with more reliable function and more powerful function. |
