The porous silicon structure can adjust its optical characteristics,that is,the photonic crystal structure,by precisely controlling the porosity and thickness of its porous layer,opening the door for many applications of advanced optoelectronic technology such as photodetectors.One-dimensional porous silicon photonic crystals in the visible to near-infrared band can increase the reflectivity by superimposing a plurality of individual forbidden bands,and have application value in imaging and target search.Firstly,a wide bandgap structure is designed by computer Matlab program using transfer matrix theory,and a single structure with different central wavelengths is superimposed.Then,a porous silicon structure is prepared on p-type single crystal silicon by electrochemical anodization.The porosity and thickness of the porous silicon layer were controlled by discussing the influence of different factors on the porous silicon structure.Finally,one-dimensional porous silicon photonic crystals with single structure and superposed structure were prepared and tested and characterized.
