With the advancement of the National Marine strategy,the development and construction of offshore island energy has important economic and strategic value for our country.However,the energy dispatch between islands and offshore oilfields and the optimal energy dispatch between islands are important guarantees for the energy dynamic balance of islands.The power output of the island group is greatly affected by weather and season.When the power output is insufficient,it can not continue to supply power to the micro-grid.When the energy storage equipment can not be used,in order to ensure the reliability of power supply,it is necessary to start standby power sources such as diesel generators,so the offshore oil fields need to continue to transmit energy to the island.In this paper,based on the technical indicators of diesel ships,considering the seasonal changes of power output on resource-rich island,the energy demand and new energy output of load center island are studied in depth,and the coordinated scheduling strategy of annual sequential progressive fuel quality for integrated energy system is proposed.Including specific research contents:In terms of energy demand forecasting and new energy output forecasting of load center island,a genetic algorithm based on boundary estimation theory is proposed for load forecasting and distributed power output forecasting.A long time scale forecasting of wind power output,photovoltaic power output,small household photovoltaic power output of load center island and total load of load center island on resource-rich island is carried out;In the aspect of coordinated annual fuel quality dispatch of integrated energy supply system,we construct the ratio state curve(PSO)of diesel oil capacity to diesel oil storage,the fuel consumption model of marine transport ships,the transportation cost model and the fuel consumption model of diesel engines.The fuel consumption model includes material constraints,power constraints,power supply reliability constraints,ship speed constraints,time constraints,and diesel oil storage.The simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the optimal speed under the constraints of consumption constraints and other constraints.Finally,the arithmetic mean curve of multiple annual mean curves is proposed to replace the single average curve.The exhaustive method is used to calculate the economic navigation speed on the basis of ensuring the reliability of power supply,so as to determine the optimal transportation time of multiple nodes and obtain the optimal scheduling strategy of sequential progressive fuel.
