Influenza virus has been one of the biggest and most harmful diseases in the history of human development for a long time.Although great progress has been made in pharmacology and vaccines,the pathogen still affects the morbidity and mortality of all age groups in the world and poses a serious threat to the development of human society due to its extremely high mutation ability.Therefore,how to analyze the transmission characteristics and trends of influenza viruses and quickly make preventive decisions has become the key to our prevention of influenza epidemics.Based on the big data of influenza virus strain surveillance worldwide,the dissemination model of influenza virus is established by using complex network technology.It can describe the dynamic characteristics of global influenza transmission in order to determine the important origin and convergence points of global influenza network and predict the spread trend of influenza virus.Then different strategies can be formulated for influenza epidemic prevention to control virus transmission around the world.The main contents of this paper are as follows.(1)In this paper,we use some valuable data from influenza virus database in NCBI platform of the National Biotechnology Information Center of the United States as analysis data set.Then we establish the similarity network of influenza virus genome sequence by complex network technology and use ClustalO algorithm to measure the similarity of influenza virus gene sequences.At the same time,a threshold is defined to divide the best influenza virus into several subgroups to mine more useful information.(2)We select the emergence date of virus strains as time information,the emergence city of virus strains as geographic information.Then we construct influenza virus transmission model and simulation from the perspective of time and geography.Next,Mapping the world map and taking it as the background.After that using the geographical information of virus strains as the node of influenza transmission network.The corresponding influenza virus transmission model was established based on the transmission subnet.The network topology is analyzed by calculating the characteristic parameters of the established influenza virus transmission sub-network,such as node degree distribution,network median,clustering coefficient,and so on.On this basis,the development trend of influenza virus in the global context is analyzed.(3)Establish a visualization platform for influenza virus transmission behavior analysis,import the H1N1 HA gene sequences recorded by the influenza virus resource database provided by NCBI platform from 2008 to 2018 as the data base.Construct the H1N1 influenza virus transmission model from 2008 to 2018 to conduct in-depth research on the process of influenza virus transmission to verify the availability of the platform.
