In this thesis, according to the infection process and cross-infection status of hepatitis B virus and hepatitis C virus, then combined with the existing prevention and control methods of hepatitis B virus and hepatitis C virus,a model of HBV-HCV cross-infection is established.Besides, the dynamical properties of the model are discussed. In chapter 1,we introduce the current situation of hepatitis B virus and hepatitis C virus, the actual existence of cross-infection of hepatitis B virus and hepatitis C virus,as well as the great harm of cross-infection to patients. In addition, this chapter also introduce the current research situation and theoretical knowledge needed for research. In chapter 2,on the one hand, based on the hypothesis and the process of crossinfection of hepatitis B virus and hepatitis C virus,a model of HBV-HCV cross-infection with treatment and injection of hepatitis B vaccine is established. Then it is proved that the solution of the cross-infection model is non-negative and boundedness. On the other hand,in order to further study the model of HBV-HCV cross-infection,the sub-models without cross-term are emphatically discussed. The stability of the equilibria of the submodels are discussed by constructing suitable Lyapunov function and Dulac function. The conditions of disease disappearance and persistence in the sub-models are obtained. In chapter 3,the stability of disease-free equilibrium point and the HCV-free endemic equilibrium point and the HBV-free endemic equilibrium point of full model are analyzed by constructing Lyapunov function and utilizing the related properties of matrix. The condition of disease disappearance is obtained and the correctness of the conclusion is verified by numerical simulation. In the last part of chapter 3,the bifurcation of the full model is discussed,we get the conclusion that the bifurcation of the full model is forward bifurcation under certain circumstances. In chapter 4,the main work of this thesis is summarized, and further development and research of this thesis are discussed with reference to practical application requirements, some issues for further study are given.
