Sterile Insect Technique(SIT)can effectively control the spread of mosquito-borne diseases by controlling the number of wild mosquitoes. In this paper,by considering the strong Allee effect and the stage structure and growth delay of wild mosquitoes, the dynamic models of the interaction between wild mosquitoes and sterile mosquitoes are established. The dynamics of the relevant models under different release strategy of sterile mosquitoes are studied, and some meaningful results are obtained. In chapter 1,we introduce the history of mosquito-borne diseases and the com-mon modes of transmission of mosquito-borne diseases, and introduce several common methods for controlling the number of wild mosquitoes. The research progress of relat-ed mosquito dynamics models and the basic theoretical knowledge needed for this paper are summarized. In chapter 2,we establish a dynamic model of the interaction between wild mosquit-oes and sterile mosquitoes with strong Allee effect. We assume there exists three types of different sterile mosquitoes release strategies, namely constant release strategy,pro-portional release strategy and saturated resease strategy.By analyzing the existence and stability of several equilibria,we obtain the threshold conditions for controlling and e-liminating wild mosquito population under different release strategies. At the same time,we find that there exists bistable phenomena on some conditions for different release s-trategies.Finally,we use numerical simulation to verify the relevant conclusions. The related research results provide theoretical guidance for more effective use of sterile in-sect technique to eliminate wild mosquitoes. In chapter 3,we establish a dynamic model of the interaction between wild mosquitoes and sterile mosquitoes with stage structure and growth delay.By studying the existence and stability of the equilibria,we find that there exists bistable phenomenon on some conditions when considering the weak Allee effect. Then we give the threshold condi-tion for the system to generate periodic oscillations when considering the growth delay. Finally, the relevant research conclusions are verified by numerical simulation. In the last chapter,we briefly summarize the results in this paper, discuss the biolog-ical significance of the relevant results, and give some questions that need to be further studied in the next stage.
