Music is ubiquitous in people's daily life, and its effects on human physiology and psychology cannot be ignored.Different music can make people's physiology produce different effects. At present, the research about the influence of different music on the human emotion is based on the subjective factors, lacking of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the sound wave stimulation.Music is a special kind of sound wave that can be interpreted into melody, rhythm?frequency?,harmony and other attributes.Corresponding to the rhythm attribute that significantly affects music, the human heart rate is also a sound wave with a certain rhythm. This topic is based on the analysis of different audio stimuli as the starting point. In the early stage of the experiment, based on the music analysis, the rhythm elements of music are mainly used,a playable audio file is provided for the institute with a different frequency of sound wave stimulus by the composition software Finale2011.Taking the normal, anesthetized and stressed heart rate as the standard, the audio files of 350 beats/min,300 beats/min,400 beats/min single-tone sound waves were simulated, then the healthy rats were loaded with audio files. It was found that there were significant differences in body weight and behavior of SD rats under different frequencies of acoustic loading, and we further studied the effects of different frequencies of sound wave loading on neurotransmitter secretion in the hippocampus of SD rats and the expression level of D2receptor associated with dopamine pathway. To explore the effect of music on the induction of mental state and its possible signaling pathways. The main research contents and results are as follows:?1?Effects of different frequency sonic loading on the body weight of SD rats.By measuring the body weight of SD rats on the 1st,7th,14th and 21th day of acoustic stimulation,it was found that after 21 days, the sound wave with the frequency of 300 beats/min increased the weight of SD rats. The body mass of SD rats was significantly decreased when the loading frequency was 350 beats/min and 400beats/min,but the decreasing trend and degree were different. When the frequency of400 beats/min was loaded, the body mass of SD rats was more affected, the more the body weight of SD rats was decreased.?2?Effects of different frequency sonic loading on behavior of SD rats.Compared with the control group, the sucrose preference rate of the rat with a frequency of 300 beats/min and the spontaneous activity distance and the number of vertical activities in the mine experiment increased, and the loading frequency was 350beats/min,400 beats/min has dropped. In the forced swimming, the time of the movement of SD rats with the loading frequency of 300 beats/min was increased, and the time of immobility was significantly reduced;and the time of the two groups of acoustic wave loading in SD rats was significantly increased.?3?Effects of different frequency sonic loading on 5-hydroxytryptamine and dopamine in the hippocampus of SD rats. The concentrations of 5-HT and DA in the hippocampus of SD rats loaded at three frequencies were compared with those of the control group. The concentration of 5-HT and DA in hippocampus of rats receiving 300 beats/min was the highest, the concentration of 5-HT was 0.0548 ng/mL on the left side and 0.122 ng/mL on the right side.DA 1099.2 ng/mL on the left and 1300.3 ng/mL on the right. The concentrations of 5-HT in the hippocampus of the control group were 0.0329 ng/mL,0.0451 ng/mL,835.5 ng/mL and 755.5 ng/mL on the left and right sides. The results showed that the concentrations of 5-HT and DA in 300 beats/min group increased by0.0988 ng/mL and 808.5 ng/mL,respectively,compared with those in control group, and group in 350 beats/min,reduction of 0.0053 ng/mL and 308.5 ng/mL,in 400beats/min group reduction of 0.0315 ng/mL and 1067.5 ng/mL.Different frequencies of sound waves had different effects on the concentration of 5-HT and DA in hippocampus. When the frequency of sound wave loading was close to that of anesthetized rats,it was more beneficial to the secretion of 5-HT and DA in hippocampus.?4?Effects of different frequency sonic loading on the expression of D2 receptor in SD rats.Immunohistochemical staining was performed on the D2 receptor of the hippocampal body after different frequency acoustic wave loading, the results showed that compared with the control group, the expression level of sonic-loaded receptors with a frequency of 300 beats/min was significantly enhanced, and the sonic loading of300 beats/min was more favorable for the expression of D2 receptors in the hippocampus. In conclusion, the effects of different frequencies of sound wave loading on rat body weight, behavior and neurotransmitters were systematically analyzed by simulating the sound waves with similar heart rate frequencies in three states of SD rats, and the effects of different frequencies of sound wave loading on the body weight, behavior and neurotransmitters of rats were systematically analyzed. It was found that the sound wave with the loading frequency of 300 beats/min,that is,the sound wave frequency close to the heart rate under the resting state of anesthesia in rats, was more beneficial to the growth of body weight and the development of emotion in SD rats.It provides an objective method and evaluation system for the study of how music induces physiological and emotional changes in the end to provide a certain theoretical basis and the study of music on our emotionally soothing effects.
