| Biological safety cabinet(BSC)is the most important protective equipment to provide physical isolation for laboratory staff,experimental environment and experimental samples.Some important parameters of theBSCsuchasdown flow velocity,inflow,HEPA filter,noise and illumination are the key factors directly related to whether the biosafety cabinet can meet the requirements of normal work.In order to ensure the normal operation of BSC,a variety of technical standards have been drafted in China and abroad.However,the testis currently inefficient,and the reference technical standards for testing entrusted by various customers are differentfromeachother,which leads to the double challenges of working efficiency and working quality in testing and issuing result reports.The address and time of the client’s entrustment are also different so that the allocation and management efficiency of small and medium-sized testing structure for testing tasks is very low.Meanwhile,some potential faults of the BSC may still exist under normal test data results,which couldcause some hidden dangers for the use of the BSC so that challenges have been raised to the safety of biological laboratory.At present,the research hotspot of BSC mainly focuses on the performance improvement of BSC,while thetest of BSC is relatively less.Therefore,this article puts forward a kind of BSC test system based on B/S architecture,combined with SQL,ASP.NET,maps API and intelligent equipment fault diagnosis forBSC test under different technical standards.The main research content and work results of this paper are as follows:1.In view of the current test status,this paper first analyzes the detailed differences between the different BSC test technology standards,and then proposes the basic software requirements of the BSC test system.Thenthe software architecture and network architecture were designed;2.In order to improve the testing efficiency and for the purpose of providing fast and efficient detection services,the system adopts the API development based on Gaode Map to calculate the distance and driving time between the inspector and the customer.To a certain extent,it achieves the effect of intelligent deployment of testing tasks.3.In view of the failure of the high efficiency filter or fan in the detection of BSC and the normal value was test,this design adopts the clustering analysis method based on kmeans.A certain number of test data samples are used to classify the faults,and the fault analysis of test data is finally realized.This article designs a BSC test system based on B/S architecture,which improves the work efficiency and quality,and also has certain reference significance for future research on test of BSC and other test systems. |
