With the continuous reform of hospital management system,hospital logistics has gradually become an important part of hospital management.Hospital logistics management in China is changing from the traditional mode to modernization and standardization,using information technologies such as Internet and big data to carry out hospital intelligent logistics construction,which is in line with the development direction of modern hospitals.However,the development of hospital logistics management is still lagging behind.The personnel evaluation and system operation status in the hospital logistics transport system cannot be quantified and effective measurement methods are urgently needed.This thesis conducts a series of research works on the worker importance and system robustness based on the hospital logistics transport dataset.The main research contents and results of this thesis are as follows:1.The hospital logistics transport system is introduced,including the overall system framework and the task transport process.The hospital logistics transport data set is described,including the data pre-processing process and the simple statistics of data characteristics.The task assignment bipartite network is constructed according to the task execution.2.In order to evaluate the workers in the hospital logistics transport system,the problem of actual personnel evaluation is transformed into the node importance ranking according to the characteristics of the task assignment network.From the perspectives of worker efficiency,centrality,diversity and influence,the importance of workers in the hospital logistics transport system is measured from multiple dimensions.3.From the perspective of the robustness of the hospital logistics transport system,the sudden departure of workers may result in some tasks not being completed in time,thus affecting the smooth operation of the whole system.In this study,we focus on the robustness analysis of task assignment network in the absence of some workers.In particular,the four indicators of worker importance are used as the attack strategies to analyze the operation of the hospital logistics transport system.The experiments on nine real hospital logistics systems show that these systems are especially vulnerable to the diversity-based attack.4.Aiming at the task reassignment problem in hospital logistics transport system,we design the task reassignment mechanism to model the cascading failure of such systems and obtain a reassignment mechanism that is more suitable for hospital logistics transport tasks.In this case,the working load plays an important role in the robustness of these systems.Based on the empirical data of hospital logistics transport system,our work shows the effective applications of data mining technology in hospital logistics transport platform.The results in our work can provide valuable decision-making reference for worker importance ranking and system robustness measurement in the hospital logistics transport system.
