Complex structural well is a leading technology in the international petroleum industry.It mainly includes double horizontal wells,multilateral wells,rescue wells,cluster wells,etc.Distance detection while drilling is the key technology to control well trajectory of complex structure well.Based on the analysis of the background,present situation and development trend of the distance electromagnetic measurement technology at home and abroad,this paper combs the papers and methods published in the academic field.On the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing methods,this paper puts forward the method of using the high power current to generate the magnetic field to generate the magnetic field to calculate the positive drilling.The feasibility of the method is verified by outdoor simulation experiments.In addition,with the core of low power and high performance embedded processor,the real-time acquisition system of the adjacent well distance electromagnetic detection signal is designed and completed,and the digital signal processing algorithm is embedded into the microprocessor.It can automatically track the frequency of the locked signal,filter the noise and reduce the interference,and extract the amplitude of the signal in real time.The real-time and reliability of magnetic field detection is further improved. |
