As the increasingly fierce competition of the major car manufacturers,the vehicle rapid repair is also becoming increasingly important.This research used computer-aided tool software,Solid Works2016 and ANSYS14.0 to build the three-dimensional model of the rapid maintenance platform and Static analysis of the structure of main working parts and Modal analysis of the platform lift block assembly.And puts forward improvement measures on the results of the analysis,the paper research content is as follows:(1)Using Solid Works2016 set up model of rapid maintenance platform,and to make the rapid maintenance platform in the assembly.(2)Through Solid Works2016 and seamless connection between ANSYS Workbench14.0 plugin functions,the geometric model is directly imported into ANSYS Workbench 14.0,and the corresponding finite element model is established.(3)Through ANSYS Workbench14.0 of Static Structural module to built rapid maintenance platform geometric model for Structural statics analysis,in order to ensure rapid maintenance platform major components have enough strength and stiffness in the work.The analysis results showed that the flip frame,a fixed base can basically meet the design requirements,and elevates the block in the assembly of the long arm as a platform of the main stress components,and is the most dangerous parts lifting mechanism,its deformation and the equivalent stress is biggest,the structure remains to be further improved,especially to lift block assembly to strengthen the long arm of the roots.(4)Through the Model of ANSYS Workbench14.0 to built lift block assembly finite element model for modal analysis,obtained the first twelve order natural frequency and vibration mode.The analysis results showed that the lift block assembly frequency in the range of 65 ~ 340 Hz,which was greater than the engine vibration frequency of the 27 Hz,Not only the resonance was avoided,but also the requirements were met.It demonstrated that the structure of Lift block assembly was reasonable.
