Cucurbitaceae is one of the most important edible plant families in the world,including Cucumis sativus,Cucurbita mos-chata,Benincasa hispida,Momordica charantia,Cucumis melo,Cucurbita pepo,Citrullusvulgaris and Luffa cylindrica etc.By continual expension of the area of the Cucurbitaceae,anthracnose gradually becomes the main problems in the production of Cucurbitaceae,and increased repidly during the past several years.And occured with Mycosphaerellamelonis.Caused the plant to die,suffersed serious loss,and difficullt to prevent.The dissertation studied the isolation and identification,define the type of fungi caused cucurbitaceae vegetables anthracnose and screening of fungicides,which providing a theoretical guidance for preventing anthracnose.The main research results obtained in this thesis are as follows:1?The sympotoms of anthracnose of Citrullusvulgaris,Cucumis melo,Cucumis sativus,Lagenaria siceraria?Molina?Standl,Momordica charantia,Lagenaria siceraria?Molina?Standl,Luffa cylindrica,Benincasa hispida were described respectively.2?By the isolation and purification of pathogens,Koch,s postulatesvertification,the pathogen of Cucumis melo anthracnose,Cucumis sativus anthracnose,Lagenaria siceraria?Molina?Standl anthracnose,Lagenaria siceraria?Molina?Standl anthracnose,Luffa cylindrica anthracnose,Benincasa hispida anthracnose identified as Colletotrichum orbiculare.The pathogen of Citrullusvulgar is anthracnose identified as C.orbiculare and C.incanum.The pathogen of Momordica charantia anthracnose identified as C.lini.3?The fungicide screening for 11 Cucurbitaceae was determined by the growth rate method and spore germination method.3.1 The mycelium of C.orbiculare and C.lini was more sensitive to Iminocta dine trialbesilate,pyraclostrobin·metiram,yraclostrobin·epoxiconazole,polyram,p rochloraz,thifluzamide·difenoconazole.3.2 The spores of C.orbiculare was more sensitive to difenoconazole·fluxapyro xad,pyraclostrobin·metiram,azoxystrobin·chlorothalonil,captan.4 Biological characteristics of C.incanum.The optimum medium was CMA.The optimum pH value was 7.The optimum nitrogen source was KNO3.The optimum carbon source was L-arabinose.Biological characteristics of C.incanum.The optimum medium CMA.The optimum pH value was 5.The optimum nitrogen source was alanine.The optimum carbon source was xylose.
