During multiaxial field testing,the performance of a multi-axis conformance test system was affected by transportation conditions and the field temperature environment.In the design phase of the multi-axis conformance test system,the performance parameters of the multi-axis conformance test system could be known in the field complex environment with the mechanical analysis and thermo-optical analysis of the system.The mechanical analysis and thermo-optical analysis of the test system were carried out by means of contact modeling with FEA.Firstly,the results of the mechanical analysis show that the first-order natural frequency of the test system was 71.658 Hz,which was greater than the 50 Hz required for the three-level road transportation.No resonance phenomenon occurs during transportation to meet the transportation conditions.Secondly,the multi-axis consistency test was performed.The system performs thermo-optical analysis and analyzes the change of surface shape and spacing of the primary and secondary mirrors of the multiaxis conformance test system under temperature change.The temperature adaptability interval of the system was calculated to be-44 °C~84 °C.Then,the system performs ray tracing and the deflection angle of the system exit beam was ?=2.628??<10??,which meets the requirement of parallelism of the outgoing beam of the system.Finally,the high-low temperature test was performed on the multi-axis consistency test system to measure the temperature difference at 60 °C.The parallelism of the lower exit beam was 4??,which further demonstrates that the multi-axis conformance test system meets the requirements of the system.It provides reference recommendations for the multi-axis conformance test system used in the field environment.
