Optical metamaterial with anti-reflection(AR)effects has become a hot issue in current research.The traditional moth eye structure surface can achieve AR effect in a shorter wavelength range,and greatly improve the AR ability of the surface.However,the AR effect under a single period structure is limited,and it is impossible to achieve full-band anti-reflection in the infrared ultra-wide spectrum range.Therefore,a novel micro-nano structure is urgently needed to perform a more efficient AR effect in the broad-spectrum infrared band.Therefore,the following research is carried out on the design and preparation process of the moth-eye anti-reflection optical metamaterial with the composite period(CP)and the hybrid structure(HS).Firstly,the development status of orginal metamaterial with CP and HS was studied and discussed in this paper.It was analyzed a kind of HS surface,which were made of micro-nano structure and membrane structure.And it also analyzed the metamaterial with CP and HS.In this kind of metamaterial,there are micro-nano structures with different sizes to nested and superimposed.The theoretical simulation,technological preparation and practical application of AR metamaterial were investigated in depth.By studying FDTD and FMM theoretical,these two methods could be combined to establish a theoretical model that was discreted the metamaterial model with nested or multi-stage CP and HS.The influence factors of reflectance of CP and HS metamaterial were discussed and analyzed.In this way,the lowest reflectivity could be achieved in a wide band range.On the basis of theoretical design and simulation,the preparation technology of moth eye AR metamaterial with nested CP and HS was developed and the actual processing was carried out.A new variable-angle vertical sedimentation method for self-assembly of microspheres with larger particle size range was proposed.And a sample ratio calculation method was proposed to guide the mask self-assembly experiment with a structural model,which can be used for simple mask model prediction.In this paper,a kind of CP structure prepared by a single mask material was proposed,and the processing depth of these different periodic structures was reversed.The results showed that the hybrid ratio of microspheres with different diameters affected the final reflectance of the moth eye metamaterial.Finally,based on the measurement results of the moth eye metamaterial with nested CP and HS,an improved method of preparation technology was proposed to improve the processing results,which provided a new idea for the moth eye optical metamaterial.
