Ghost imaging is a new type of imaging technology that uses a second-order correlation function to calculate the obtained light intensity information,thus,the spatial information of the object can be retrieved.Thus,carry out investigations on how light source influences the imaging quality and efficiency of ghost imaging system is helpful for the practical applications of ghost imaging technique.In ghost imaging system,the illuminating speckle-patterns not only affect the quality of the reconstructed image,but also affect the imaging speed.Therefore,in this work,we propose a reflection ghost imaging scheme based on superimposed speckle pattern.The superimposed speckle patterns are applied as the illuminating patterns for ghost imaging experiments.The superimposed speckle pattern is a pattern which having a speckle particle size of 1 pixelĂ—1 pixel as a base pattern.Then,randomly insert speckle particles having different sizes on the base pattern.The results of numerical simulations and experiments show that,comparing with the conventional speckle with only a single size,by using superimposed speckle patterns,the imaging quality and the imaging speed can be significantly improved.Finally,this work considers the influence of non-ideal propagation on superimposed speckle pattern based reflection ghost imaging.We carried out numerical simulation uses the superimposed speckle patterns which after free-propagated,and analyzed the influence of free-propagated superimposed speckle pattern on the imaging quality of reflection ghost imaging system.
