During electromagnetic launching,the relative sliding between armature and guide rail occurs,and the contact state between armature and guide rail changes at all times.The contact resistance between armature and guide rail changes with the change of contact state,which leads to arcing and ablation.Therefore,the simulation analysis of contact resistance between armature and rail can explore the causes of arcing and ablation,which is of great significance to improve the emission state of electromagnetic emission.In this paper,the influence of simulation analysis on contact resistance is studied.The main work is as follows:the electromagnetic field and structure field of the electromagnetic track launcher with C-shaped armature and circular armature are analyzed by finite element software.Lorentz force and interference force between armature and rail are calculated at each time during the launching process.The contact area on the surface of armature rail is divided according to the distribution of contact pressure between armature and rail,and different contact resistance is set.Because the contact between circular armature and guide rail is more complex,the contact pressure distribution between armature rail is more precise than that of C armature in dividing the contact area of armature rail surface.the contact resistance at different time is substituted into electromagnetic field and temperature field for analysis,and the calculation results are compared with those under ideal contact.Finally,the influence of contact resistance on the launcher of C-shaped armature electromagnetic track is obtained.In the third part,the electromagnetic field and temperature field of circular armature,which has been widely used in recent years,are further analyzed.The calculation results under the consideration of contact resistance and ideal contact are compared,and the influence of contact resistance on the launcher of circular armature electromagnetic track is observed.
