Due to the characteristics of large wing aspect ratio and strong flexibility of structure,the large morden transport aircraft is very sensitive to gust response,and gust load has become one oft he the situation of flight load.In order to master the situation of aircraft gust load and verify the control rate of the gust load alleviation function,it is generally necessary to carry out the gust load test on the ground.The gust wind tunnel provides an unsteady and nonlinear environment for the study of gust load and other related ground experiments.The installation of gust generating devices is required for the generation of gust field environment,and how to create high-quality gust field becomes the key.According to the functional requirements,this paper analyzed the composition of the vertical gust generating device and designed the overall design of the wind tunnel vertical gust generating device on the basis of the existing wind tunnel.By establishing a high-precision numerical model of the vertical gust wind generating device turbulent module,it analyzed the influence of the composition parameters on the wind flow field and determined the geometric parameters and motion parameters of the device.Then,a wind tunnel experimental platform for vertical gust wind generators was built,and the wind speed of the flow field was measured using a two-dimensional hot wire anemometer.Finally,by analyzing the amplitude of wind speed,the magnitude of turbulence and the range of influence of flow field de-vortexing at different positions in the gust flow field,it determined the position and motion parameters of the gust test model placed under the previous conditions,and it also provided the technical support to the gusts and other related gust testsThe simulation and experimental results show that the geometric parameters and motion laws of the vertical gust wind generator have different effects on the amplitude of the vertical gust flow field.The thicker the vane,the larger of the vane spacing,the longer the chord length of the vane,the higher of the oscillation amplitude and frequency,the larger the wind speed become the larger the vertical gust amplitude.The selected motion law of the vertical gust generator is analyzed from the spatialuniformity,the turbulent turbulence and the flow field de-vortex motion and frequency.The analysis shows that the deflection amplitude of the device has the greatest influence on the quality of the wind flow field.Therefore,the deflection amplitude is emphasized when improving the quality of the gust flow field.Finally,the area with good gust flow field under the current experimental conditions is given.The choice of its laws of motion provides technical support for future gust-related experiments.
