Flow behavior of periodic rotating electroosmosis in two micro-parallel plates is investigated based upon a linearized Poisson-Boltzmann equation and Navier-Stokes equation.Using the method of the eigenfunction expansion,analytical solutions of electroosmotic flow velocity and the volume flow rate distribution are analyzed.By numerical computation,the influences of related dimensionless parameters,such as oscillating angular frequency?of the external forced AC electrical field and oscillating angular frequency Re_? in the rotating frame,on velocity and volume rate profiles are presented.The results show that the peaks of velocity and volume flow rate increase first and then attain a maximum value.And later,velocity and volume flow rate both are periodic with a maximum peak.With Re_? increasing,the time needed by reaching the steady peaks of velocity and volume flow rate becomes longer.
