With the rapid development of minimally invasive surgery, percutaneous puncture surgery as a typical minimally invasive surgery has become more and more widely used in clinical practice, because its importance in medical care has been widely concerned and valued. With the advancement of the times and the development of science and technology, people have higher requirements for the precision of minimally invasive surgery, and have a more perfect desire for the precision and therapeutic effect of puncture surgery, which also drives us to study needle path and tissue deformation during puncture. This paper mainly studies and discusses the following aspects:Firstly, the force analysis of the needle bar during the puncture process is carried out,and a flexible cantilever beam model of flexible needle is established.Based on the force balance equation of the needle and the trajectory bending moment equation, the deflection prediction model of the needle is established. The feasibility of the prediction model of the needle trajectory was verified by using different types of puncture needles for the experimental study of the trajectory.Secondly,by analyzing the interaction between the needle and the tissue with increasing puncture depth and calculating in real time. Two kinds of puncture coupling models are proposed for the relative position between the needle and the soft tissue during the plane puncture process and space puncture, and then the size and direction of tissue near the needle trajectory is calculated with the depth increases. Finally, combined with the above-mentioned needle prediction model and coupling model, the finite element simulation process is carried out in ABAQUS.In the simulation and experiment process, the marker points are set at the same position on the soft tissue, and the influence of the puncture process on the tissue deformation is studied by comparing the displacement data of the marker points between the puncture simulation and experimental. At the same time, the feasibility and accuracy of the trajectory prediction model and the puncture coupling model in the ABAQUS finite element software simulation are verified.
