As the organism with the most metabolism in animals, the brain has a very large number of neurons and the connections between neurons are extremely complex and sophisticated.Understanding the regular patterns of the brain is about understanding the brain's network connection. The principle of functional separation and functional integration divide the neuronal tissue of the brain from a functional perspective and thus form the basis of brain connectivity and brain network. At present, studies on the brain network show that the brain network of the human brain has the characteristics of a small world. However, the functional PET brain network composed of positron emission tomography(PET)data has not been confirmed yet.In this paper, using the rat brain microPET images as a data source, the rat brain network and network topology properties were analyzed, and the small brain characteristics of rat brain functional networks were studied.First of all,we set up a rat brain template based on the experimental data and compared the two commonly used template construction methods to develop a set of data processing flow in line with the characteristics of the microPET data.Secondly, using the existing research results, the cerebral images were partitioned and nodeized. The PET network of the rat brain was constructed and the connection matrix of the network was obtained. Then, the partial correlations of the rat brain network connectivity matrix were processed, and the sparse constraints were used to obtain the sparse correlation matrix model. Finally, the brain network topology parameters were analyzed for the obtained sparse matrix, and the differences and trends of brain network parameters were obtained.
