Objective:At present,UNC5D protein is known as a dependent receptor,it can regulate the survival of nerve cells,induce apoptosis,dependent receptor initiated apoptosis is a new way.At present,the study of UNC5D protein is not perfect,.in order to predict and analyze the structure and function of UNC5D protein,in this study,human UNC5D protein was systematically analyzed and studied by bioinformatics.It includes physicochemical properties of UNC5D,multiple sequence alignment,phylogenetic tree construction,tertiary structure prediction,associated protein network and expression pathway.Methods:NCBI,Uniprot,UCSC,PortParam,String and other common databases and online tools.Results:The human UNC5D protein was composed of 953 amino acids.The isoelectric point is 5.71;The total molecular formula of protein is C4649H7236N1304O1424S53.Protein multiple sequence alignment showed that the similarity of protein sequences among species was high and the conserved degree was high.As the related protein networks and expression pathways show that UNC5D protein is closely related to other members of UNC5 family,Netrin1,Netrin2,DCC,PTPN11,PTK2,FLRT2 and so on and regulate the neuronal motor migration and other important biological processes.Conclusions:UNC5D protein is a hydrophilic and unstable transmembrane receptor protein,which may play an important role in regulating neuronal motor migration and apoptosis of tumor cells.
