| Offshore observation is the development direction of China’s ocean observation.The construction of observation platform will develop from near shore or coast to deep water.This requires the solution of key technologies such as design calculations of offshore deepwater structures.Offshore deep-water structures are generally located in unprotected open seas and are severely affected by waves.At the same time,due to the increase of water depth,the flexibility of offshore deep-water structures of piles is large,the period of natural vibration is long,and the dynamic response under the interaction between waves and structures is prominent.Compared with alongshore observation platforms,offshore observation platforms are significantly more difficult to design and construct,and there is a lack of systematic analysis and research work on offshore observing platform structures.This paper adopts the design standards and theoretical analysis methods of Harbour Engineering and Ocean Engineering,and combines typical meteorological,hydrological and geological conditions in the coastal waters of Jiangsu Province to design,analyze and compare the representative basic schemes that are more suitable for offshore ocean observation platforms.From the aspects of structural safety,construction convenience,and economical efficiency,a comparatively suitable platform structure form suitable for the offshore geological conditions in Jiangsu is provided for the reference of similar engineering designs.In this paper,the detailed design and analysis of the two representative basic schemes for the high-piled platform foundation and the truss-type jacket foundation for port engineering and marine engineering are carried out.After analysis,the structural strength and stability of the two offshore observing platforms can meet the requirements;from the construction point of view,the high-piled pile foundations have many offshore construction processes,are affected by the weather,and the construction period is relatively long,but they are relatively mature.The construction experience and construction process achieve high reliability.The construction experience of the basic scheme of the truss jacket is relatively mature.The accuracy of the pile construction,leveling treatment and the connection between the upper platform and the pile are the key points of construction control.From the aspect of engineering economy,the investment costs of the two basic programs are not much different.The basic scheme of trussed jackets is economical.Considering the project operation and maintenance,the foundation of the high-pile platform is characterized by its resistance to collisions,corrosion and low maintenance,and its operation and maintenance costs are low. |
