Marine winch is the key mechanical equipment of the water-support system.It is widely applied in deep-sea operation environment,such as marine pipeline laying,underwater towing system,marine resource exploration and exploitation.The level wind system can ensure that the cable is neatly and efficiently arranged on the storage drum,which is the most important part of the marine winch.The deep-sea operating marine winch has a large capacity and a large number of winding layers.If the level wind system operating accuracy is not well,the cable will be rolled up or squeezed,resulting in serious damage to the underwater equipment or the umbilical.Due to the impact of wind and waves,currents and tidal waves,the marine winch t level wind control system has strong coupling,nonlinearity and time-varying characteristic,conventional PID controller already cannot meet operating requirements.So the higher performance is demanded on the control algorithm of the level wind system.In this article,the fuzzy PID controller is applied to the level wind control system for research,which can provide reference for the future development of marine level wind technology.The main contents of the article are as follows:(1)According to the design requirement of the single-roller integrated marine winch level wind system,the key components of the level wind device are calculated and analyzed,and the equipment is selected.The finite element analysis of the overall structure of the level wind device is completed to complete the strength check;The modal analysis of the screw lever determines its vibration mode,and the results show that the level wind device meets the strength and stiffness requirement..(2)The key parts of the vector control model and the mathematical model of the screw device are modeled according to the control principle of the level wind system,and the fuzzy PID controller is designed as the controller of the level wind system.The simulation model of the level wind control system is built based on the Simulink environment,and the system is simulated analysis.The results show that the fuzzy PID controller in the level wind control system has better dynamic performance than the PID controller,and the control effect is better,and the anti-interference performance is stronger,which can provide reference for the future development of marine level wind technology.(3)Using the tower test platform provided by a company,the different control methods of the level wind control system and different lifting load tests were carried out to further verify the better performance of the fuzzy PID controller applied to the level wind system.
