In this paper,the weak decays of a spin-1/2 doubly charmed baryon(Bcc)to a spin-1/2 singly charmed baryon(Bc)and a light vector meson(V)are studied under a phenomenological scheme.The contributions are classified into different topological diagrams,among which the short distance ones are calculated under the factorization hypothesis,and the long distance contributions are modelled as final-state interactions(FSIs)which are estimated with the one-particle exchange model.We calculated the decay fractions of ?cc++?BcV and the decay widths of Ecc+/?cc+?BcV,and picked out the decays that might be used to find new particles.We gave the following research results:(1)In all of the decays of ?cc++?BcV,we find that the branching fractions of ?cc++??c+?+ and ?cc++??'c+?+ is about 16%,and ?cc++??c++K*0 is about 5.4%.Of all the decays of ?cc+/?cc+?BcV,the decay widths of process ?cc+??c0?+??cc+??'c+?+??cc+??c+?0??cc+??c0?+??cc+??c+K*0??cc+??'c+K0 are larger,which is on the order of magnitude of 10-13 GeV.We used the data ??cc =45 fs and ??cc+ =75fs to estimate the branching fractions of them.(2)In all processes of ?cc++??cc+ and ?cc+ decays,according to the contribution of CKM,the large decay widths belong to the CKM favored decays,singly CKM suppressed decays are smaller,while those doubly CKM suppressed processes are the smallest.In addition,among the same CKM decay mode the T topological diagrams are found to have the largest contribution,and C diagrams contributes smaller than T.The other topological diagrams are relatively suppressed.In the errors,we find that the results of those processes whose main contribution are T topological diagrams are not sensitive to ?,while the results of the processes whose main contributions are from other types of topological diagrams are more sensitive to the change of ?.(3)In decays of ?cc+?BcV,some pure W exchange decays are founded,which are highly suppressed at short distance.Observation on these decays in the future experiments can help to understand the role of FSIs in charm baryon decays.
