Effect Of Prothioconazole On The Growth And Reproduction Of Zebrafish

Prothioconazole is a new type of broad-spectrum triazole thiol fungicide,and it is mainly used to prevent and control the disease of cereal crops and has good effect on most wheat diseases.In this paper,zebrafish was the tested organism,the prothioconazole original drug was used as the test drug,and a series of toxicological tests were conducted.A study was conducted to determine the toxic effects and long-term effects of prothioconazole on zebrafish,and to comprehensively evaluate its safety and provide basis for the use of this pesticide.The detailed research results are as follows:?1?The acute toxicity of prothioconazole against zebrafish was studied.The results showed that the LC₅₀?96 h?of prothioconazole was 1.98 mg·L^-1 for zebrafish.?2?The toxic effect of prothioconazole on embryonic development of zebrafish was studied.It was calculated that the?168 hpf?LC₅₀ of prothioconazole was 1.83 mg·L^-1 for zebrafish embryos.Test results show that prothioconazole have the function of the delay in zebrafish embryonic development,to a certain extent,reduce the zebrafish embryo survival rate and hatching rate and heart rate,also caused the embryo yolk sac abnormalities,pericardial cyst,scoliosis and other symptoms.?3?The effect of prothioconazole on fertility of zebrafish was studied,the minimum concentration of the effect on the fecundity of zebrafish was 0.250 mg·L^-1,the effects of0.500 mg·L^-1 and 1.00 mg·L^-1 on the fecundity of zebrafish were not significantly different from 0.250 mg·L^-1.?4?To study the prothioconazole exposure of zebrafish F2 and F3 generations larvae grow,the results showed that propyl sulfur bacteria azole exposure of F2 generation grow zebrafish has a certain degree of influence,the affected degree is proportional to the concentration;The growth of zebrafish in the F3 was affected to a certain extent.The gender differentiation of zebrafish has a certain effect.With the change of zebrafish generation,the influence is decreasing.?5?To sum up,as a widely used fungicide,prothioconazole has a certain risk to fish and has a long-term effect on the survival and reproduction of fish.In daily use,it should be kept away from the water environment as much as possible.The method of application and waste liquid treatment need to be safe and reasonable.At the same time,the sustained-release dosage forms should be developed.The lethal risks and long-term effects on aquatic organisms should be considered when using them.
