With the progress of human society,various industries have experienced rapid development,the construction industry is no exception.With the improvement of technical means,compared with traditional architecture,modern architecture has experienced multiple-level growth in terms of scale,investment and construction cycle.With the rapid growth of technical means,the additional information of construction objectives in the construction industry is becoming more and more complex.At the same time,in order to respond to the call of environmental protection,sustainable and intelligent city,the management level of building information needs to be improved at the same time.The life cycle of modern architecture has improved a lot compared with the past.In terms of time span,architectural information is not isolated.The use and maintenance after completion depends to a large extent on the information in the process of project construction,and the information in the process of construction determines the progress,quality,cost and other key indicators of the project at the same time.Therefore,for modern engineering,to have the corresponding engineering management ability is to establish a set of information management system,including the information involved in the whole life cycle of the building.At the same time,this information has the corresponding update,maintenance,analysis and other management capabilities.In order to solve the problem of information management,BIM technology emerges as the times require.From the initial planning and design stage of the project,through deepening the design,construction information management,after the completion of the operation enclosure,until the project dismantling,the whole life cycle of the project can be managed through BIM.BIM plays an unprecedented role in early decision-making,preliminary design,visualization,collaborative work,simulation construction and so on.it can be called a major change in information management in the construction industry.However,the information management of BIM needs to cooperate with the information input of the site and environment around the building in order to give full play to its original advantages.The information of the construction project itself is inputted and edited by the construction personnel in cooperation with the designer.in order to manage the project information carefully,the accuracy of the information is required to be very high,so the amount of information is very huge.For the model input of the site and environment around the construction project,the common method at this stage is to carry out rough data measurement and input of its information.The most direct negative impact of this is that the rough measurement will make the accuracy of the model low,not enough to reflect the real information;if the measurement accuracy is improved,the additional workload will increase sharply,reduce the work efficiency and cause waste of resources.Aerial tilt photography originated in World War II,but due to the limitations of flight and shooting hardware,it was not widely used until recent years.In this technology,the aircraft is used to pick up a certain amount of electronic image of the target area,and the air triangulation,the establishment of control points,texture mapping and other steps are carried out by computer to complete the true three-dimensional reconstruction of the target area.The advantage of this technology is that the cost is low,the efficiency is high,the whole process is basically completed by the computer,the participation of personnel is small,and the possible error links are directly reduced.The focus of BIM technology is on the management of the internal information of the building,and the focus of UAV tilt photography is on the geographical and geometric information outside the building.By studying the knowledge of related fields,this paper completes the creation of the two models,and carries on the fusion and the application after the fusion.The main research results of this paper are as follows:The main contents are as follows:(1)the basic principle of aerial tilt photography is expounded,and the key technology of true 3D model reconstruction of target area based on aerial tilt photography is summarized;(2)the concept,application and corresponding value of BIM technology are expounded,and the information exchange standard of BIM technology is analyzed emphatically;(3)the DJI FC220 camera is carried on the DJI Mavic Pro flight platform to obtain the five-direction tilt photographic image data in the study area,and Context capture is used to reconstruct the true three-dimensional model;(4)the BIM building model is established by selecting the test area in the research area,and the problems and thoughts encountered in the process of building model creation are expounded;(5)after obtaining the two models,the storage format and transformation mechanism of the two models are studied,and the fusion of the two models is studied.And the application of model fusion is explored: true three-dimensional visualization,indoor and outdoor integration,visual analysis,spatial analysis and so on.
