The northwest is crossed by ravines. In all kinds of infrastructure construction,a large number of slope projects have been encountered, and most of the slopes are in seismic disturbance area. However, the seismic action has obvious random uncertainty, and the earthquake acceleration fluctuates with time during the occurrence of an earthquake. Therefore, the traditional safety coefficient method cannot accurately reflect the stability condition of slope under the action of earthquake. However, the reliability theory can consider the influence of various uncertain factors on the slope stability and obtain the failure probability and stability index of the slope. Therefore, the reliability theory can be used to analyze the stability of slopes strengthened by frame anchors under the action of earthquake. In this paper, combined with an engineering example and based on the reliability theory, the stability reliability of the slope strengthened by frame anchors is calculated and analyzed by checking point method when taking the uncertainty of the shear strength parameters of the soil and the seismic action into account. Finally, the reliability index and failure probability of the slope strengthened by frame anchors was calculated in Geo-Studio software. Its main research content are as follows:First,by considering the amplification effect of seismic action along the slope height, the slope stability analysis model was established, and the seismic dynamic stability of the slope was calculated by horizontal strip method. Then, the calculation results were compared with the Geo-Studio finite element calculation results to verify the rationality of the calculation results in this paper.Second, based on the existing slope stabilit y reliability research, considering the uncertainty of the shear strength parameters of the soil and the seismic action, the seismic stability analysis limit state equation of slope was obtained by the seismic dynamic stability calculation formula obtained above. Then the checking point method was used to calculate the reliability index of the slope under the earthquake action, and the stability of the slope under the earthquake action was analyzed according to the reliability calculation results.Third, combined with an engineering example, geotechnical finite element software Geo-Studio was used to establish a slope model strengthened by frame anchors.By setting different parameters as random variables, the influence of the randomness of each parameter on the slope stability was analyzed. Then the influence of parameter variability on slope reliability was analyzed by setting different variation coefficients of random variables. Finally, the slope stability under the action of different seismic intensities was analyzed by inputting seismic waves with different peak accelerations. Finally, the reason for the difference between the theoretical calculation result and the numerical simulation result was analyzed, and the rationality of the calculation method in this paper was verified. It is found that the reliability index and failure probability of the slope obtained by the two methods are basically consistent under seismic action. This indicates that the method in this paper can be used to calculate the stability and reliability of the slope strengthened by frame anchors under the action of earthquake.
