The second-generation HTS tapes YBa2Cu3O7-x?YBCO?has unique characteristics such as strong current carrying capacity,high irreversible field and low power loss.It has broad applications in electric industry including power transmission cables,strong magnets,motors,current limiters,et al.In the period of time when environmental and energy issues are increasingly noticeable,YBCO high temperature superconducting tape has a stronger competitiveness due to its low cost.Currently,there are still some factors that limit the industrial application of YBCO high temperature superconducting tape.When the thickness of the conductive layer increase to a certain value,the thickness effect appears.As the thickness of the superconducting layer increases,the critical current decreases,which not only reduces its current carrying capacity,but also increases the cost of the film to a certain extent.Regarding this problem,this thesis conducted the deposition of buffer layer and superconducting layer for YBCO superconducting tapes based on the double-sided IBAD-MgO film by using a self-designed intermediate frequency magnetron sputtering?MF?system and metal organic chemical vapor deposition?MOCVD?system.The specific research contents are as follows:?1?Based on a substrate with double-sided IBAD-MgO thin film made in the laboratory,we deposited homo-epitaxial MgO on double sides simultaneously by Intermediate frequency reactive sputtering method.The working gas oxygen was optimized,and the argon gas flux was adjusted to change the distribution of the gas flow.At the same time,the two sides of the MgO were homogenously grown.The out-of-plane full width at half maximum?FWHM?????of the two sides was 3.36°and 3.71°,respectively,the in-plane full width at half maximum????were 6.40°and 6.82°,respectively,indicating that the double sides have a good uniformity as well as no significant difference.During the experiment,the substrate self-heating method can effectively provide the energy required for epitaxial MgO growth.Experiments show that compared with the traditional epitaxial MgO method,the quality and fabrication efficiency of epitaxial MgO can be effectively improved by the intermediate frequency magnetron sputtering method.?2?we used metal organic germanium source,La?DPM?3 and manganese source,Mn?DPM?3,in the self-designed MOCVD system for the growth of double-sided LaMnO3?LMO?.Through the test analysis we found that when lanthanum source/manganese source is the adopted,substrate heating current is about 23.00 A,LMO film can be grown on both sides of the substrate with a mass of 1.2.?3?YBCO thin films were grown by using a narrow-flow MOCVD growth reaction chamber designed by ourselves.The thickness was 280 nm YBCO films??=1.216°and??=3.087°and the thickness was 280 nm were prepared.The uniformity of YBCO film made in narrow-flow MOCVD growth reaction chamber was investigated,and the double-sided YBCO tape was fabricated.The YBCO film with Jc?77K,0T?on both sides was obtained,which was obviously superior to single-sided superconducting film.
