In recent years,people pay more and more attention on Terahertz.Terahertz technology is becoming more and more mature in many fields,such as 5G communication,security and material identification.But in the reality,Water hydrogen bonds in various phases have strong absorption effect on THz electromagnetic wave,which restricts the acquisition of effective signals and limits the development of Terahertz Technology.Now,the study on Terahertz is focused on co-fined water,crystal ine water and gaseous water.Because of strong absorption,it is rarely involved in study of phase water.Fog water is a kind of water molecule cluster with particle size of ?m,which can not only show the characteristics of water hydrogen bonds,but also lost the strong absorption of phase water.Therefore,this paper aims to study the terahertz spectrum characteristics of fog water to explore a new approach to solve the mater of Terahertz spectral characteristics of water.In the paper,I introduce the typical terahertz time domain spectroscopy system and way of dealing with signal data.The changes of bond length and bond angle of hydrogen bonds in water under different temperatures and pressures are also described in detail.The terahertz spectrum characteristics of atomized water and samples containing water were tested under different conditions,and the feasibility of terahertz spectrum characteristics of water was demonstrated.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:1.We introduced algorithm of transmission terahertz time domain spectroscopy(THz-TDS)system,and get the calculation formulas of absorption coefficient,refractive index and complex dielectric constant of the sample.Meanwhile,we discuss the necessity of filtering the reflected peak through two aspects of formula deduction and data processing result.We introduce the structure of water molecule and its change in different phases.Under the action of pressure and temperature change,the change of bond length and bond angle of O:H-O is emphatically introduced,which lay the lays the theoretical foundation of the following experiment.2.For the need of the experiment,we self-designed atomizer instrument and variable temperature box.Atomizer instrument adopts ultrasonic atomization principle,and uses ceramic ultrasonic atomizing tablet to provide atomizing sample for the whole experimental system.Variable temperature box is heated by electric heating,and the temperature is adjusted by AT89S51 microcontroller as the core,which provides an adjustable space for the atomization sample testing.3.In the atomization state,the terahertz spectrum characteristics of atomized water are studied by changing the temperature of the environment and the size of the fog cluster particles.The terahertz spectrum characteristics of bovine serum albumin solution were studied by changing the environmental temperature and the concentration of bovine serum protein solution.The terahertz spectrum characteristics of atomized ethanol solution were studied by changing the volume fraction of ethanol solution.The experimental results show that water and water samples can exhibit hydrogen bonding characteristics when they were atomized,which shows that the terahertz spectrum characteristics of water and water bearing samples can be studied when they are atomized.
