Statistical Analysis Of Factors Affecting CBA Team's Scoring

In this paper,three statistical methods are used to analyze and study the average score and nine technical statistical indicators of 20 teams in CBA League in 2016-2017 season.Firstly,through the correlation test,the correlation between the team average score and various technical statistical indicators is analyzed.Then,the grey correlation analysis method is used to analyze the correlation degree between the team average score and various technical statistical indicators.Finally,by establishing the linear regression model of the team's average score,using the least square method to estimate the regression parameters,and using the stepwise regression analysis method to carry out multiple collinearity tests on the factors affecting the team's average score,the established linear regression model is revised to eliminate the insignificant factors,so as to obtain more scientific and reasonable results.The regression equation can more intuitively reflect the main technical factors affecting the team's average score: shooting percentage,free throw percentage,average rebound and errors.By using the results of analysis,CBA teams can make a clearer self-evaluation,so as to formulate more scientific,reasonable and targeted training plans and tactical plans,give full play to their strengths,make up for their weaknesses,and then enhance the overall competitiveness of the team.
