Nanpu Sag in Cenozoic volcano on the active within the depression formation of oil and gas reservoir has two main effects: on one hand, the frequent volcano activities play a role in reservoir destruction;on the other hand, magmatic activity leads to the geothermal gradient growth, promotes the maturity of source rocks;at the same time, dense igneous rocks in this area can also be used as a cover layer and good lateral barrier layer. In recent years, oil and gas exploration in the study area shallow strata has achieved good economic benefits. However,a few development wells drilled in the thick layer of igneous rock but sandstones, and analysis shows that the fuzzy understanding of igneous rocks distribution is the main reason. Therefore, carrying out research on igneous rock mode the guidance of igneous rock accurately predicted becomes an urgent problem.Faults can control the generation, migration, accumulation, preservation and distribution of oil and gas reservoirs, which can be divided into different levels according to their size.High order fault controls the formation of oil and gas, which determines the structural trend of oil and gas reservoirs and the occurrence of fault block, while the existence of low order faults will make the oil-water relationship of fault block oilfield more complex and increase the contradiction between injection and production. Therefore, the basic form of low level of fracture formation in the specific geological conditions,to guide its recognition on seismic section,in the stage of development of oil and gas reservoirs in clear water to get oil, optimization of injection production ratio, improve the recovery rate, has important practical significance. This paper is based on the above two requirements, designing a series of analogue modelling experiments to study morphology of vocalnical faults and low grade faults to guide seismic profile interpretation, and achieved the expected results.
