Large space precision coordinate measurement is an important cornerstone of the manufacture,assembly and scientific research for the large equipment.It occupies a pivotal position in the aerospace,defense industry,space science and technology and other fields.High precision,real-time,automation and wide range field measurement have become the hot trend of large space coordinate measurement.As an advanced laser ranging method,frequency modulated continuous wave laser ranging with high resolution,high precision,large range can realize the non-contact measurement of non cooperative targets and has some other advantages,so it’s quite popular in the field of the laser measurement.Compared with conventional laser ranging methods for non cooperative targets such as pulse method and phase method,it has higher ranging accuracy and resolution,so it has a better prospect for application in large space coordinate measurement of 10~100 meters.For the frequency modulated continuous wave laser ranging system,the intensive study of the principle of ranging measurement and the research of signal processing method which can achieve higher location accuracy and resolution of the ranging,is one of the main research direction of the laser ranging.In this paper,the main research work is as follow:1.Based on the requirements of space location for jumbo size,the target capture system based on the monocular vision and laser radar and the process for target capture are designed.According to the existing protocol and program for the control of turntable,the optimization was carried out and the corresponding function of program for the control of turntable was added in the existing camera program.For the target point on a vertical plane,the mathematical model and the accommodation mode of the important geometric relationship of the system was present.Finally,the feasibility of the target acquisition on the vertical plane was verified by experiments.2.Based on carrying out the method of frequency modulated continuous wave laser ranging measurement further and studying the principle of equispaced-Phase Resampling,analyze the two related resampling algorithm.The better of them was evaluated through experiments and the mechanism of experimental results was expounded.3.Based on the existing resampling method,we presented amplitude modulation ranging method,the corresponding principle of this method is elaborated in this paper.The corresponding signal processing and frequency-distance algorithm was put forward based on this method.We conducted related experiment and compared this method with resample.A new resampling algorithm based on the algorithm for amplitude modulation ranging and the algorithm for resampling was presented,and based on this new resampling algorithm,the method of quarter period resampling was presented and realized,the experiment was implemented for the ranging precision of this method.The algorithm of continuous refinement the peak of frequency spectrum by CZT was presented and combined with the method of quarter period resampling,the advantage of this algorithm that improve the resolution and accuracy of ranging measurement was verified by experiment.
