In this paper,we study the KK*and DD*scattering process by hidden gauge sym-metry method. In the case of low energy, the scattering process mainly comes from the contribution of t-channel,and the exchange particles are mainly ρ,ω and(?).The interac-tion potential of the vector meson and the pseudo scalar meson is obtained by the chiral Lagrangian, and the loop function of intermediate particle is deduced in dimensional reguarization scheme. The interaction potential and the loop function are substituted into the Bethe-Salpeter equation to solve the relation between the scattering ampli-tude and the energy of system centroid. Finally, the decay width of the K*meson is considered, and the result is discussed in the case of isospin I = 0 and isospin I = 1.We find that the state which isospin I = 0 is a bound state, while the state which isospin I = 1 is a resonance state, and the mass of this state is close to λ(1405).The result shows that,a new resonance state maybe have not been found near 1405MeV in the KK*scattering experiment,or there is a defect in the hidden gauge symmetry method, and it needs to be constantly improved in the future. For the DD*scattering process, the intermediate exchange particles are mainly pand ω,since the mass of J/ψ is much larger than that of pand ω,so the DD*interaction via a J/ω exchange can be neglected in the calculation. Finally,we find a bound state of DD*scattering in the case of isospin I = 0,which corresponds to the X(3872)particle.
