With the decrease of cropland,the agriculture using land has become the shortage resource.The sailnization of coastal beach,overuse of fertilizer and pesticide in facility cultivation reduced the utilization rate.The saline soil is the one of the important land sources.It is significant to reasonably develop and utilize the saline soil which is one of the important land resource that can bring huge economic,social benefits and ecological value.At present,bacterial agent is a practicable product which is more effective approach to improve saline soil with low cost and no secondary pollution.This study took the bacterial agent as research objects and respect the effect of improving saline soil by using bacterial agent.One of the research is respecting the effect of improving the secondary salinization in the agriculture greenhouse by using NCT-2 bacteria agent,the other is respecting the effect of improving the first salinization in the seashore by using JFB and EM bacteria agent.The study provides the scientific basis for improving different kinds of saline soil.The main results were summarized as follows:1.Because the increase of NO3-concentrations in soil whch had planted so many years,it had a bad effect on the plant growth.Respected the propertise of the soil in the greenhouse which had planted Brassicachinensis L.by using NCT-2 bacterium agent and setting the contrast group which were conventional fertilization and no fertilizer treatment.The result showed that the content of EC and salinities in the soil that treated with NCT-2 decreased by 41.3%and 41.3%compared with that of the control group.The activities of urease,activities of phosphatese and the content of organic matter in the soil that treated with NCT-2 also increased by 70.5%,45.5%and 1.0%compared with that of the control group.The concentration of Ca2+and NO3-in the soil that treated with NCT-2decreased by 63.8%and 55.6%compared with that of control group,and effectively regulate the concentration of Mg2+,Na+,K+,SO42-,Cl-and HCO3-.The yield of Brassicachinensis L which were planted in the soil that treated with NCT-2 increased by 32.9%with that of control group,and the concentration of NO3-decreased by 39.1%.The study provides scientific basis for the promotion of improving the secondary salinization soil in facility greenhouse by using NCT-2.2.The room culture experiments were used to study the effects of JFB and EM bacteria agent on the first salinization in the seashore.The content of EC and pH in the soil that treated with organic fertilizer combined with EM agent and mushroon fertilizer combined with JFB agent decreased compared with that of control group.The content of pH and EC that treated with organic fertilizer combined with EM agent decreased by 7.5%and 29.5%compared with that of control and when the application amount is 225 t hm-22 kg acquire encouraging result.The content of pH that treated with mushroon fertilizer combined with JFB decrease by 12.6%compared that of control and when the application amount is 225 t hm-22 acquire encouraging result.The drop of the EC is 12.6%with 450 t hm-22 compared with the control group.The content of cation in the saline soil that treated with bacteria manure has a positive effect.The content of Ca2+and Cl-concentration that treated with organic fertilizer combined with EM agent increased by 50.8%and decreased by 28.3%compared with that of control and when the application amount is 450 t hm-22 acquire encouraging result.The content of Ca2+concentration that treated with mushroon fertilizer combined with JFB agent increased by 42.6%and when the application amount is 450 t hm-22 acquire encouraging result.and Cl-idecreased by 28.3%compared with that of control when the application amount is 225 t hm-2.The content of organic matter and the activities of urease and phosphatese in the saline soil that treated with organic fertilizer combined with EM agent and mushroon fertilizer combined with JFB agent had a positive effect and when the application amount is 450 t hm-2acquire encouraging result.
