The shrinkage and degradation of wetlands has become the most prominent ecological and environmental problem in China, even around the world. Therefore, wetland degradation research and wetland ecological restoration are the key areas of wetland ecology research and practices in the world in recent years.Compared with wetland restoration practices, the current theoretical research deficiencies have become the bottleneck of wetland restoration work. How to Determine the General Law and Ecological Mechanism of Temporal and Spatial Distribution Dynamics of Plant Communities in Coastal Wetlands. How to determine the change process of benthic organisms in the process of ecological restoration of wetlands and its impact factors on ecosystem manipulation and ecological restoration of wetlands. This is of great significance for strengthening the research on the basic theory of wetland restoration and the realization of the national wetland protection totals. As a result, this paper takes the Scirpusmariqueter in Nanhui Coasts as the research object and uses the spatial analysis of plant density, soil conductivity, elevation and sedimentary environment to analyze the general laws and ecological mechanisms of the temporal and spatial distribution dynamics of plant communities in coastal wetlands. And study the annual seasonal variation and spatial pattern of benthic community structure,That reveals the changes in the functional community after repair, and how to regulate the relationship between species, configure the community and functional types, etc.,in order to promote the rapid repair of Scirpusmariqueter. The main conclusions are:?1?Succession process of Scirpusmariqueter in Nanhui CoastsThrough the orthophoto system and field investigation of the UAV aerial photography system, the vegetation change process of Nanhui Coasts is monitored and observed. The results of this paper show that:1.The aerial photography system of the drone has high efficiency, and the result is similar to the analysis result of the spatial distribution pattern of density;2.There are two modes in the vegetation succession process of Nanhui Coasts:the barren Wetland-Scirpusmariqueter–Spartinaalterniflora and the barren Wetland-Scirpusmariqueter-the barren Wetland-Spartina alterniflora;3 The original inner zone and Spartina alterniflora have interspecific competition. The valerian is affected by environmental factors and brings on two processes.Under suitable circumstances, the density and height of psyllium can be increased, thus inhibiting the expansion of Spartina alterniflora; In the harsh environment, the Scirpusmariqueter degenerates and disappears to form the barren Wetland, and then the Spartina alterniflora rapidly invades.?2?Factors Affecting Community Succession of Scirpusmariqueter in Nanhui CoastsThrough the means of spatial analysis, the response mechanism between Scirpusmariqueter and landforms in spatial change process and soil conductivity was discussed. The research reveals that:1 The Scirpusmariqueter in Nanhui Coasts is less affected by wind and waves during spring and summer. The Scirpusmariqueter area and the no-scirpusmariqueter area are obviously affected by wind and waves. The sedimentary environment is mainly affected by scirpusmariqueter and has a synchronous promotion effect. The soil conductivity is affected by scirpusmariqueter, and the salinity decreases with time. The sedimentary environment and soil conductivity are dominated by scirpusmariqueter and change in the opposite direction.2.During the summer and autumn period, the Scirpusmariqueter in Nanhui Coasts is greatly affected by wind and waves. The sedimentary environment changes stepwise,And the soil conductivity also changes stepwise.Meantime, the salinity increases with the density of scirpusmariqueter;sedimentary environment and soil conductivity influenced by valerian mainly are in the same direction of change, and they are obviously different in the scirpusmariqueter areas.?3?Annual variation and impact factors of benthic biodiversity in Scirpusmariqueter in Nanhui CoastsThe annual seasonal variation and spatial pattern of benthic community structure were studied Scirpusmariqueter in Nanhui Coasts.A total of 30 species of macrobenthos were identified in the study. The dominant species groups in the four seasons are the Stenothyra glabra, the Assiminea, theAssimineaviolacea, and the Glauconomechinensis Gray. The results showed that:1.In the spring, the Glauconomechinensis Gray was the main species, and the dominance was greater than 0.4.In summer, the AssimineaandtheAssimineaviolacea of the dominant species groups were larger than 0.1 and 0.2.The number of dominant species groups in autumn and winter was higher than that in spring and summer. There are 13 species, but the dominance is lower than that in spring and summer, and uniform;2.Shannon-Weiner Index, species richness?p<0.01?and Pilou's evenness index?p<0.05?are significantly different in space. The highest H'reached 2.53,and the habitat quality in Nanhui Coasts changes from very poor and poor levels to general.3.The structural characteristics of macrobenthos community in spring, summer and autumn are significantly correlated with vegetation index and elevation, followed by organic carbon and water content, conductivity, and NO3-.The most important factor affecting the structure characteristics of macrobenthos in winter is Water content, electrical conductivity and NO3-.In this paper, the succession process of vegetation community in Nanhui Coasts is discussed. The general law and ecological mechanism of temporal and spatial distribution dynamics of plant communities are revealed for the first time.the response mechanism between Sedimentary environment and soil conductivity and scirpusmariqueter.By exploring the relationship between population and population and the relationship between population and environment,it reveals the changes of functional community after restoration, which is of great significance for promoting the rapid restoration of scirpusmariqueter.
