Recently,the folding method and forming characteristics of origami structure are very similar to many structural forming methods in engineering,so it has attracted more and more attention.With the development of science technology and the increase of engineering demand,origami technology has become a hot topic of current research.A variety of novel origami structures and mechanisms keep emerging,and the development of origami materials is changing with each passing day,with the trend of expanding from elastic materials to elastoplastic materials.Based on the origami techniques and the theory of elastic large deformation postbuckling,this paper studies the post-buckling behavior of different beam structures in elastic and elastoplastic conditions,and the influence on the structural forms of the mechanical parameters,geometric parameters and load parameters are obtained the,and carried out to realize the precise control,which has important reference significance to guide the engineering practice.In this paper,the theoretical formula of post-buckling of metal beam structure is given,and on this basis,two-level buckling and composite beam buckling are studied and various novel origami structures are designed.Based on the large deformation post-buckling of elastic beam,the plastic stage was added,and the influence of geometric factors such as length,width and thickness of the beam and mechanical factors such as elastic modulus on the buckling of the beam was analyzed.As a guide,many special beam structures are studied.Based on the theory of elastic large deformation buckling,the two-level buckling problem of beam is studied,and the influence of different parameters on the final shape of two-level buckling is determined by changing stiffness ratio,width ratio and compression displacement ratio.For the composite structure beam with the distribution of material along the cross section as "hard-soft-hard-hard",the deformation process of post-buckling of the beam is determined by calculating the equivalent stiffness,and the position of the neutral layer of the beam after stratification is determined.
