With the extensive use of advanced flow technology on blade,improving the precision and the efficiency of processing century window of the T-type groove on the turbine rotor is one of the important factors for enhancing the market competitiveness of the turbines.The initial machining method of the corner parts on T-type groove of turbine rotor is processing first by CNC milling and boring machine,then planning on special planer.In the planning by special planner,there are some problems,such as cutter back-off,low efficiency,poor surface roughness,high production cost,due to the low stiffness of the cutting system and the high cutting force.The ultrasonic assisted machining technology can greatly reduce the cutting force,and is not easy to produce built-up edge,so as to improve the cutting accuracy and efficiency,and solve the cutter back-off of cutting process.Through the development of ultrasound assisted planning cutting device,this paper changes traditional planning cutting mechanism,and studies the ultrasonic assisted planning technology.Combining the cutting results of F.E.M,the machining parameters in actual is optimized,so as to verify the effect of ultrasonic assisted machining,solve the problems caused by the low stiffness of cutting system and provide a new method for the processing of corner parts on rotor T-type groove.
