In the context of today's urban infrastructure upgrading from digital cities to smart city spatio-temporal infrastructure,the transition from traditional basic spatial data to spatio-temporal big data supports the environment from server clusters to intensive cloud environments.With the rapid development of cloud computing and Internet of Things technology,the basic spatial information is required to be more real-time,mobile,controllable and experiential.Through the combination of cloud computing and Internet of Things technologies,Effectively cultivate new urban functions and improve the refinement,real-time,visualization and intelligence of urban management and services.In the past two years,Fuzhou Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Area has become a new key area for national construction.Combined with the current informationization level,it is unable to provide the status quo of intelligent information service and data update,based on big data and cloud computing technology applications and services.Establish a good standard specification and operation mechanism,design and implement the space-time information management system under the space-time information cloud service management platform of Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone,and create conditions for sharing government service resources,so as to build an intelligent space-time big data platform and manage To store,analyze,and display data resources of various industries,and provide diverse information services for staff to realize one-stop cloud GIS services.This paper first determines the system requirements through demand analysis,then designs the overall architecture of the spatio-temporal information cloud platform,and designs the information management system under the platform.The whole spatio-temporal information cloud platform is divided into application service layer,cloud service layer,data layer and foundation.Facility level.Traditional infrastructure consists of hardware and virtualization platforms.The data layer includes all the spatio-temporal big data involved,for data aggregation,processing and management,and supports various analysis applications of the application layer.The platform cloud service layer is mainly converted into services provided to users on the basis of data and basic implementation layers,and the application service layer integrates the services that can be provided above into a cloud platform information management system.Based on the existing space-time infrastructure platform in Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone and the support provided by the metropolitan area company,the space-time cloud platform information management system was designed and implemented on the basis of the Pingtan time-space cloud platform,focusing on the storage and retrieval of spatio-temporal big data.And visual display to provide solutions,providing a new information service for the majority of government officials and the general public,and achieving cloud integration services for all departments under the comprehensive experimental area,providing a reference for providing more diversified and high-quality service applications in the future.,has a certain reference.
