On Dependent Voting Systems With Copula Structure

Voting system,is widely used in many important fields such as data handling,safety monitoring and signal processing.When voting system operates in a hostile situ-ation,two stages are considered,in stage 1,the defender protects the units and chooses a subset of units that participates in voting,after that,in stage 2,the voting decision is accomplished after the units being attacked.In most situations,the voting unit may be independent.In our work,we capture the dependence between the voting units by incorporating the idea of copulas into the voting system.Simulation study is shown that simulation value is very close to the theoretical value.We also investigate the effect of the dependent units on the probability of voting system success and optimal strategy by comparing the system with positive(negative)dependent units and the system with independent units.
