At present,the use of bone plate and screw in clinical fracture surgery is a commonly method of fracture treatment,and metal bone plate system is one of the most commonly used methods of fracture treatment.Bone plate made of stainless steel,titanium and titanium alloys can ensure the strength due to their excellent mechanical and chemical stability,which is beneficial to healing blocks and alleviating muscle atrophy.However,they cause great stress shielding effect,and even lead to implant loosening,decrease of bone mechanical strength,osteoporosis and osteolysis after fracture fixation.In addition,it may lead to re-fracture after removal of the plate.Degradable internal fixation device in clinical surgery with fracture healing and gradually degraded,in stress blocking,cracking effect gradually reduced straight or completely disappeared,this situation is easy to avoid stress occlusion phenomenon,but also to avoid two surgical removal,showing superiority.In this paper,degradable bone plate is taken as the research object and the basic technology of 3D printing degradable bone plate is studied.According to the size of degradable bone plate and the properties of the material,a 3D printing experimental platform for degradable Bone plate is designed.The experimental platform mainly includes the structure design,motion control system and temperature control system of the test bench.A 3D printing nozzle is designed by means of finite element analysis and experiment.Using motion control card to control the motor to complete the motion control system.The temperature of the nozzle and the hot bed is controlled by the thermostat.The process of preparing 3D printing biodegradable bone plate was studied.The material preparation method is obtained by forming and comparing the materials in different states.The temperature of the molding was studied by using infrared thermal imaging camera and thermocouple.Through the process test,the relationship between nozzle height,movement speed,feed ratio and single-channel molding line width and line height is obtained.The influence of center distance on planar molding and the influence of temperature on multilayer molding are studied.The performance of 3D printing degradable bone plate was analyzed.The tensile and three-point bending experiments of a single material and composite degradable bone plate were carried out by mechanical experiments,and the stress-strain and strength were analyzed,and the particle enhancement was analyzed.In vitro compatibility and toxicity test of 3D printed degradable bone plate cells were analyzed by biological experiment.
