In nature,many plants have a "sleep movement".Sleep movement refers to the fact that the leaves are unfolded during the day and stand upright at night.The cause is the movement of the leaf pulvinus.At present,the related research at domestic and foreign is only limited to the biological level.The purpose of this thesis is to explore the main influencing factors,driving mechanism and mechanical properties of the leaf pulvinus movement,to create a bionic material that relies on illumination for inspiration,and to apply it in aerospace,The field of artificial intelligence and other fields laid the foundation.In this paper,the Calathea makoyana with typical sleep movement is taken as the research object,and the motion response law of the leaf pillow under different external conditions is obtained through experiments.On this basis,the main influencing factors of "light intensity" are focused on the control variable method.The light-force coupling model of the Calathea makoyana pulvinus was preliminarily established by exploring the light-sport response,water content and mechanical properties of the leaf pulvinus,combined with the microscopic observation of the leaf pulvinus cell.Firstly,in order to explore the main influencing factors of leaf pulvinus movement,the Calathea makoyana were placed in three environments: room temperature conditions,greenhouse conditions,and light incubator.The results showed that in the case of appropriate light intensity and time,Within the temperature and humidity range,the growth of Calathea makoyana will not be significantly affected,which indicates that there must be a relationship between leaf pulvinus motion and light intensity and illumination time.Secondly,in order to further explore the movement law,water content and mechanical properties of the leaf pulvinus under the influence of light intensity,the "light intensity" was selected as the variable,and the displacement,water content and the moisture content of the occipital movement of the Calathea makoyana were measured under different light intensities.The modulus of elasticity was analyzed.The experiment found that,in addition to the influence of the circadian clock,the greater the light intensity,the smaller the displacement and displacement rate of the leaf,the lower the moisture content of the leaf pillow,and the greater the elastic modulus.Finally,according to the displacement and displacement rate response law of Calathea makoyana leaf pulvinus under full dark conditions,the leaf pulvinus actuation model was established.Then,based on the study of the influence of light intensity on leaf pulvinus,the illumination of Calathea makoyana leaf pulvinus was established.The strength-mechanical deformation coupling model;the verification results show that the model can effectively predict the displacement response of Calathea makoyana leaf pulvinus under different light intensities.
