Continuous Variable Quantum Key Distribution(CVQKD)is an important implementation of Quantum information science.CVQKD systems are popular as they offer unconditional security based on physical rules.Besides,CVQKD is easier to implement and has the prospect of achieving higher secure key rate and better performances,which outperforms traditional QKD schemes.Currently,many CVQKD schemes have been proposed followed by many experiments,making CVQKD a practical technology.However,different from traditional communication systems,the difficulty of processing quantum signal,as well as the different channel model in CVQKD,making the data processing part of CVQKD quite difficult.Luckily,many algorithms have been proposed to deal with continuous quantum signal.As a result,the performance and complexity of these algorithms may greatly influence the performance of CVQKD system.In this article,we focus on several key algorithms in CVQKD systems.We first analyzed the difficulties of each stage that a CVQKD system may involve and figured out those problems that algorithms need to solve.Then we analyzed the performance of current algorithms and proposed new algorithms with higher performance.Furthermore,we also performed practical implementations for each algorithm to demonstrate their performances,which proves their ability of supporting longer distance and higher secure key rate CVQKD systems.
