Stripe projection method has been widely used in many fields,such as industrial measurement,reverse engineering and medical inspection,with its advantages of high precision,non-contact,and high speed.When the stripe projection method is used to measure the shape of an object,high-quality projection stripes are the premise and guarantee for obtaining high-precision three-dimensional shape restoration results.However,due to the change of the environment and the projection equipment,the phase distortion of the projection fringe is caused,the extracted phase information can't truly restore the 3-D shape information of the object itself,thereby reducing the accuracy of the topography measurement.In order to reduce the influence of the phase distortion of the projected fringe on the measurement of the shape of the object.Firstly,the phase distortion is identified by the phase distortion recognition principle,and then the phase compensation algorithm combined with the phase compensator are used to ensure the quality of the projected fringe.The main research contents are as follows:1)Introduce the deformed mirror into the fringe projection system and improve the fringe projection system to compensate for the fringe phase.2)Stripe phase distortion recognition of non-morphological modulation.The spatial domain filtering and the frequency domain filtering are combined,and the energy distribution information is used as the optimization target.Adding the adaptive principle to form adaptive dual-domain filtering,and filtering the fringes.The fringe image is converted an energy distribution map by using the energy transformation of the fringe image.Then the energy distribution identification method discriminates the fringe phase distortion phenomenon.3)Stripe phase distortion compensation for non-morphological modulation.According to the compensation principle of the deformable mirror,the deformable mirror is controlled to compensate,improving the mirror control precision,reducing the systematic error of the deformable mirror.Using the phase compensation principle,combined with the obtained phase distortion information,deformation mirror control model and mirror compensation principle to simulate the phase compensation of distorted fringes.The experimental results show that compared with other filtering algorithms,the adaptive dualdomain filtering algorithm can greatly enhance the energy distribution concentration of the fringe energy distribution map;the energy distribution identification method can accurately identify the fringe phase distortion phenomenon,and the phase distortion of 60 mrad can be recognized at a minimum;The control accuracy of the deformed mirror is improved and the system error is reduced by using the deformed mirror shape compensation algorithm;The closed-loop compensation phase method compensates the distortion fringe phase,and the minimum distortion phase after simulation compensation is 80 mrad.Figure 29;Table 1;Reference 46.
