Fluorescent quantum dots?QDs?have promising prospect in biomedical fields and photoelectronic devices due to their unique optical and electrical properties.Currently,quantum dots are being used for fluorescence-converter materials in white light-emitting diodes?LEDs?.Most of the commercial White LEDs was made up with the InGaN chip and YAG phosphor,however,which reduced the property of the White LEDs because of its deficiency of red light region,and it's harmful to the human eyes.As a kind of quantum dots with high efficiency and tunable,CIS quantum dots are able to overcome the shortcomings of white LEDs,which are intertsting and promising.Based on the above backgrounds,the original works are given as follows:?1?A stepwise hot-injection method has been proposed to synthesize CIS core/shell quantum dots,the emission bands of the prepared CIS quantum dots can be tuned from 650 to 700 nm by varying the Cu/In ratio,meanwhile,the most appropriate reactive condition?230?,60 min?has been discovered via varying the reactive temperature and time continually.?2?Based on CIS quantum dots,the emission bands of the prepared CIS/ZnS quantum dots can be tuned from 570 to 650 nm by varying the Cu/In ratio.Compared to the low quantum yields of CIS quantum dots,the quantum yields of CIS/ZnS core/shell quantum dots can reach 78%.?3?The white LEDs with warm tone were successfully obtained via spin-coating the CIS/ZnS quantum dots on the yellow phosphor YAG:Ce3+.The experimental results indicate that the white LEDs possess high luminous efficiency of 244.58 lm/W under 10 mA current density.As a result of joining CIS/ZnS quantum dots,the prepared white LEDs displayed higher color rendering index?CRI?of about 82.7 and warm white light with a correlated CIE parameters of?0.3406,0.3690?.
